BeeDone

Planning your day and sticking to your goals is the main job of BeeDone, a gamified daily planner that uses AI to sort out what to do first.

As an AI task management and scheduling tool, BeeDone suits people who find a plain to-do list easy to ignore.

The AI side helps you prioritize and organize tasks, and the game layer keeps the routine engaging.

Habits can be tailored to your own lifestyle instead of following a fixed template.

BeeDone also has extra features for focus, so it covers more than the schedule itself.

There is a freemium option, and premium features require a subscription.

The usual catch with gamified planners applies: results depend on whether you keep showing up, and game elements can distract if you lean on them too hard.

Think of them as a nudge, not the point.
