You pick an app from the bundle, drop in a PDF, a block of text or a job-search task, and get back a summary, a draft of copy or a finished result.

That is the basic loop with bestaiapps.co, a collection of AI productivity apps sold under one subscription and made for businesses.

The apps cover different jobs: PDF work, copywriting, job search and other office tasks.

Some of them connect to ChatGPT through plugins, so you can pull that into your existing workflow.

The idea is saved time and fewer mistakes, and paying once for several tools is simpler than juggling separate accounts.

The subscription cost may put some people off, especially if you only need one of the apps.

Each app also has its own way of working, so expect a short learning curve.

And leaning on AI for drafting and summarizing can dull your own critical thinking if you stop checking the output.
