Brightroom AI

Brightroom AI is a college application tool that helps students plan applications and write essays with AI advisors.

Its main use is application support, built around a college applications dashboard where you keep track of the schools you are applying to.

The free tier needs no purchase and includes

3 free essays, AI assisted essay revisions, AI essay feedback, an AI university-specific advisor and an AI application advisor.

That is enough to test whether the feedback is useful before you pay.

Two paid tiers lift the essay cap to unlimited.

Pro costs $100 as a one-time fee, and Studio costs $50 as a one-time fee.

Both list access until June 2025, so you are buying a window rather than an ongoing subscription.

The feature lists for the paid tiers look the same apart from the unlimited essays, so the price gap between Pro and Studio is not explained by anything visible.

Check what separates them before choosing.

The university-specific advisor is the feature that sets Brightroom AI apart from a general essay writing assistant, since it ties guidance to the schools on your list.
