ChatRealtor

Pricing for ChatRealtor is not something you need to work out before trying the idea, because the useful part is what it produces: a chatbot that talks to real estate leads and books appointments for the agent.

ChatRealtor is an AI chatbot for real estate agents that answers buyer and renter questions and schedules viewings without the agent being online.

It can pull data automatically from property listing sites such as Zillow, so answers come from the agent's own listings.

You can deploy it to text SMS, a website or Airbnb, and setup is said to take about 10 minutes.

The claim is that it resolves 80% of customer inquiries instantly, including when the agent is out of the office.

That figure comes from the vendor, so think of it as a target rather than a guarantee.
