Digital Friends

As AI character platforms go, Digital Friends is defined by memory: its characters recall past conversations, so a relationship can build over time instead of resetting every session.

Digital Friends is an AI chatbot and AI character platform where you talk with a persona that can act as a companion, entertainer, helper, counsellor, assistant, instructor, tutor, teacher, mentor or guru.

That range covers casual company, learning, coaching and roleplay.

Face-to-face interaction with the characters is also part of the pitch, which suggests a more personal feel than a plain text box.

Digital Friends sits across several uses at once: education and translation, health and wellness, and everyday office help.

That breadth is a plus if you want one character who knows your history, though you should decide what you want from it before you start.

Treat the counsellor and therapist roles as conversation, not professional care.
