Dropbox Sign

Sending a contract for signature, collecting it back and keeping a record of it is the job Dropbox Sign handles.

Dropbox Sign, formerly HelloSign, is an e-signature tool that also covers digital workflow and electronic fax.

Signatures are legally binding, and you can send, receive and manage agreements from one place instead of passing PDFs around by email.

The company says it has millions of individual users and more than 80,000 paying customers.

It connects with other tools to keep documents and contracts moving through their lifecycle, and it also offers an API, which makes it relevant for developers who want signing built into their own product.

The fax feature is a small extra that matters if you still deal with partners who ask for it.
