Fe/male Switch

Learning how to start a company by actually running a pretend one is the idea behind Fe/male Switch, a women-first startup game for building virtual businesses.

Fe/male Switch is an AI business simulation tool that gives you a place to practice founder decisions without risking money, with an AI co-founder to work through ideas alongside you.

The focus is practical skill development through simulation, backed by a community built around women founders.

The platform also points to networking with mentors and investors, which is a useful extra if you want contacts as well as practice.

A virtual environment may not fully replicate real-world challenges, and what you get out of it depends on how much you take part.

A free option exists within a tiered system, but full access requires a paid subscription.

Treat the free level as a way to test the format before deciding whether the rest is worth paying for.
