FormToExcel

Turning a stack of scanned forms, receipts or invoices into rows in a spreadsheet is the job FormToExcel does.

FormToExcel is an AI document extraction tool that converts forms, tables, receipts and invoices from PDF and image files such as JPG and BMP into Excel spreadsheets.

You upload the document, and the AI reads it and pulls the data out so you do not have to type it in by hand.

The extraction covers more than plain text.

FormToExcel recognizes different field types, including text fields, checkboxes and radio buttons, which is where simple OCR often falls down on forms.

That matters if your paperwork is filled in by many people and the answers are ticked rather than written.

The output is an Excel file, so the results fit into whatever analysis or reporting you already do in Microsoft Excel.

This AI OCR and PDF to spreadsheet tool suits people who handle recurring paperwork like expense receipts, supplier invoices or survey forms and want to cut down manual data entry.

As with any extraction, it makes sense to spot-check results before relying on them.
