Komodo

Teams that keep answering the same "how do I do this?" question over chat will get the most from Komodo.

Komodo is a screen recorder and SOP generator that also writes AI meeting notes and summaries, and it is free for teams.

You hit a 1-click recorder in the native desktop app for Mac or Windows, walk through the task, and the AI turns the recording into a written standard operating procedure.

Video length is unlimited, so long walkthroughs are not cut off, and the recording experience stays clean.

Processing is fast and sharing is instant, which suits quick handoffs between coworkers.

The same app handles meeting notes, so one tool covers both documentation and call recaps.

Some features need a paid account, and custom branding is only in the Pro version.

As with any AI meeting assistant, you should read the generated notes before sending them around, since accuracy depends on the AI.

Still, as a free SOP tool for Mac and Windows, Komodo has a low barrier to trying.
