MindPlexa

Every node in MindPlexa can be a note, a task, a calendar entry, a table or a drawing, and you link them together on an infinite canvas.

That is the core idea behind this AI mind mapping and project management tool: one visual workspace where different kinds of content sit side by side instead of living in separate apps.

MindPlexa adds AI assistance on top of the canvas.

It can help generate layouts and organize content, which is handy when you start from a blank page and want a rough structure quickly.

The platform is pitched at note-taking, project planning and brainstorming, and it has a collaborative side for teams working on the same project.

If you think in diagrams and branches more than in lists and boards, MindPlexa is a natural fit.

If you prefer strict task boards, the node-based approach may take some getting used to.

The AI features are described as insights, so expect suggestions rather than automation.
