Muka

People who spend their day jumping between Gmail, Notion and Slack are the ones Muka is built for. Muka is an AI agent and productivity platform that connects those apps and lets you work with them through a chat interface or by handing access to AI agents it calls Spirits.

A Spirit can complete digital tasks, automate workflows and manage information across the tools you have connected, so it behaves more like a digital worker than a search box.

The chat route suits quick requests, such as asking for something to be done in one connected app without opening it.

The Spirits route is the one to look at if you want repeated work taken off your plate.

You decide which apps each agent can reach, which matters when email and internal notes are involved.

Muka is listed as free, so trying it costs nothing beyond the time spent connecting your accounts.

As with any agent that touches your inbox, start with low-risk tasks and check the results before you trust it with more.
