OZ Sports

Broadcasting a match normally means an OB truck, a large crew and a bill to match. OZ Sports is an AI sports production tool that replaces most of that with multi-camera 4K60p HDR coverage run by software, and the company says it cuts production costs by up to 90%.

The system produces slow-mo replays and real-time graphics, and it adds AI-driven optical zoom closeups, which OZ Sports describes as an industry first.

Cameras sit in AI-powered enclosures built to keep the picture clear and the gimbal movement smooth in any weather, so coverage can run with zero on-site crew.

Behind that is what OZ Sports calls smart stadium infrastructure.

The aim is a hands-off setup that gives a venue the look of a big-league broadcast without staffing one.

The company points to Champions League-quality output as its benchmark.

This is a fit for clubs, leagues and venues that want to put more matches on screen but cannot justify traditional broadcast crews.

It is a production service built around installed hardware, so it is not a casual video app you download and try.
