Palette App

In the browser, Palette App colorizes black and white photos in a few seconds. Palette App is an AI photo colorizer that adds color to old or monochrome images, and it offers a variety of color filters to give pictures vivid, lifelike tones.

Basic use needs no sign-up, so you can drop in a photo and see a result without making an account.

The pricing model is listed as free, but the free version has a catch.

Customization options, higher resolution output and watermark-free downloads sit behind paid subscriptions.

If you only want to see what a faded family portrait might have looked like in color, the free route is probably enough.

If you plan to print the result or share it widely, expect to look at a plan.

Palette App also sits in the photo restoration and photo filter space, so it fits people reviving archive photos or trying different looks on a single image.
