PixAI

Turning a text prompt into anime-style artwork is the main job of PixAI, a free AI anime generator and art generator that also lets you share what you make.

You need to sign up or log in before the generation features work, so there is a small hurdle before the first image.

Once inside, you get a range of AI tools and character templates to start from, which helps if you would rather not write every prompt from scratch.

PixAI also has a platform for training your own AI models, which suits people who want a specific look.

A community section lets you browse and post art, and the site runs regular AI art contests.

Expect results to depend on the model and the prompt you choose, and free usage may come with limits.
