Plants Galore

Plant owners who find an unfamiliar leaf in the garden, or watch a houseplant start to droop and have no idea why, are the people Plants Galore is built around.

Plants Galore is a free plant identification and care app that uses AI to recognize plants from photos and answer care questions through a ChatGPT integration.

It runs on iOS, Android and desktop, so you can use it on a phone in the garden or at a computer indoors.

Beyond identification, the app has plant care features and a community forum where users trade advice and support.

Expect a few catches.

An account may be required, AI identification can get a plant wrong, and the forum depends on what other users post, so check important care advice before acting on it.

Since the app costs nothing, trying it on a few plants is an easy way to judge its accuracy yourself.
