About This Tool
Overview
Hunting through one inbox, then a cloud drive, then Slack, just to find a single file or message gets old fast.
Selectric is a unified search app that looks across your mail, cloud storage and Slack accounts from one place, so you can find the information you need without switching tools.
It runs on the Mac and stores its data locally on your machine, and it is built to be 100% private.
That local approach is the main reason to pick Selectric over a cloud-based search service if you handle sensitive documents or client messages.
The app is built for teams that need internal search and want fewer information silos.
Selectric is a Mac-only choice, so it will not help if your team works on other systems.
