SHIFT AI

Bring SHIFT AI a question about using AI at work or in daily life and you get back articles, case studies, courses or hands-on support, mostly in Japanese.

SHIFT AI is a Japanese AI education and information platform that works to build AI information infrastructure and speed up AI adoption across the country.

It gathers knowledge from AI experts, service providers, influencers, and companies and individuals keen on putting AI to use, then passes it back out as information, case studies and people who can do the work.

The effort rests on three pillars: spreading information, education, and support for putting AI into practice.

On the education side, SHIFT AI runs an AI university of the same name, which it describes as the largest in Japan.

For businesses, it offers training meant to change how staff think about AI and how they act on it.

The site also covers AI news, AI jobs and a knowledge base, so it works as a hub as much as a school.

If your team is in Japan and wants a structured start with AI, this is a sensible place to begin.
