StoryHero

StoryHero has a free plan that covers up to 3 stories a month, which is enough to try it with your kids before paying anything.

It is an AI story generator for families that builds stories together with text and images, so children and parents can shape the plot and see it illustrated.

The free tier is limited.

Stories are not saved, customization is basic, images are standard quality, and support comes from the community.

The Ordinary plan costs 5 a month and raises the cap to 10 stories, lets you save up to 10, and adds advanced customization, priority support and premium image generation.

The Mega plan costs 19 a month, with up to 50 stories, unlimited saved stories, 24/7 priority support and early access to new features.

The saving limit is the main catch to watch.

If you want to reread favorite bedtime stories, the free plan will not keep them.

StoryHero suits parents who want a shared creative writing activity with pictures rather than a plain text generator.
