Taped.ai

Recordings capped at 3 minutes on the free plan and 15 minutes on Pro tell you quickly what Taped.ai is built for: short voice memos, not hour-long meetings.

Taped.ai is an AI note taker that transcribes and summarizes audio, images and text into organized notes.

You can write in 35+ languages.

The free Starter plan saves 3 notes a day, runs on GPT-3.5 Turbo and includes basic note sharing.

That is enough to test whether the summaries suit you, though the daily note limit will get in the way fast if you take notes often.

Pro costs $59 a year.

It removes the note limit, switches to GPT-4 Turbo and adds multi-note summaries, so you can pull several notes into one summary.

You can also customize output lengths and note sharing, and deleted notes are saved forever.

More features are in development.

Taped.ai suits students, writers and anyone who captures quick thoughts and wants them turned into tidy text.

If your recordings run long, the 15 minute ceiling on Pro is the catch to weigh.
