Teameet

Teams and families who are tired of meeting time limits are the natural audience for Teameet, a free video conferencing app with AI features built in.

Calls and meetings are unlimited, so a long workshop or a family catch-up will not get cut off at a timer.

Teameet covers the basics you expect from an AI meeting assistant: group video calls, voice calls, chat with colleagues and screen sharing, all under one roof.

The AI side is where it adds more.

Live captions and real-time translation help when people in a meeting speak different languages.

Cloud recording and transcription give you a written record afterward, and audio and video optimization works on the call quality itself.

Teameet also lists itself under summarizing and video editing, which suggests the recordings can be put to further use.

The pricing model is free, which makes it easy to test against whatever you use now.

Teameet describes its platform as secure and reliable, though you will want to check that against your own requirements before moving a whole team over.
