Tended.ai

Say a procurement team sends you a long security questionnaire and a tender document with a deadline looming.

Tended.ai is an RFP automation tool that uses AI to draft answers to exactly that kind of request, pulling from your own data instead of starting from a blank page.

You connect your data sources, and the platform uses them to produce data-driven responses to questionnaires and tenders.

Team collaboration is built in, so several people can work on the same response together.

The main promise is speed: finishing tenders in minutes instead of weeks.

That is a bold claim, and how close you get will depend on how much good source material you can connect.

Still, the idea is sound for any business that answers similar questions again and again.

Tended.ai sits in the sales and productivity camp, meant for people who answer RFPs to win new work.

If your team treats tenders as a recurring chore rather than a one-off, it is the kind of RFP software you would want to try.
