ToonCrafter AI

ToonCrafter AI produces short cartoon animations from still images, and pricing is not something you need to work out before trying the idea: you upload two cartoon images and the tool fills in the motion between them.

The result is a 2-second clip.

ToonCrafter AI is an AI cartoon animation generator that uses pre-trained image-to-video diffusion models to interpolate between a start frame and an end frame, so a pair of static drawings becomes a moving sequence.

The tool covers a few specific jobs.

Cartoon sketch interpolation is the core one.

It also handles reference-based sketch colorization, where a sketch picks up color from a reference image, and sparse sketch-guided generation, where a few rough sketches steer the animation.

Separately, ToonCrafter AI can turn ordinary photos into cartoon-style images.

The 2-second length is the catch.

You get short clips, not full scenes, which suits animators checking an in-between idea or anyone who wants to bring a pair of drawings to life quickly.

Longer work means stitching clips together yourself.
