Workviz

Remote and distributed teams are the main use case for Workviz, a team performance analysis tool that looks at workload, roadblocks and overall output regardless of where people sit.

Workviz is an AI productivity and monitoring platform that analyzes performance data and gives managers insight into how their team is actually doing.

A few features stand out.

Workviz automates daily reports, so employees do not have to write status updates by hand.

It also lets employees express how they are feeling, which puts a wellbeing angle next to the usual productivity numbers.

Managers get alerts about potential issues such as overwork, which is the kind of problem that tends to surface too late without a signal.

The category tags span AI task management, report generation, monitoring and mental health, so Workviz sits somewhere between a reporting tool and a team check-in system.

If you manage people and want workload and morale in one place, that mix is the appeal.

Teams that dislike any form of monitoring may find the approach a poor fit, and how it feels will depend on how you introduce it.
