Wrangle

Finding a candidate, digging up their background and sending a first message can all happen in one place with Wrangle.

The recruiting platform covers sourcing, research and outreach from start to finish, so you are not moving a shortlist between separate tools.

Wrangle is an AI recruiting tool for job searching and talent management, and its search works globally, which helps when the people you want are not in your own region.

Contact enrichment fills in more candidate information once you have found a name.

Team features let several recruiters work on the same search, which suits agencies and hiring groups more than solo users.

Wrangle also sits in the AI email writer and research tool space, since outreach and candidate research are part of the workflow.

Access is currently invite-only, so you may have to wait before you can try it.

And because the platform leans on AI to find and summarize people, you should check the results yourself before contacting anyone.
